We built a customer app, a restaurant dashboard, and a thermal printer integration so every order reaches the counter the instant it's placed.
Burgero needed to move beyond counter-only ordering to a full digital ordering experience, without losing the coordination that comes for free when an order is taken in person. Customers needed to browse the menu, customize items, and pay online from a mobile app, while restaurant staff needed a single place to manage the menu, see every incoming order the moment it lands, and get a physical ticket at the counter without re-keying or reading it off a screen.
Core Pain Points Addressed:
- ❌ No digital ordering channel — customers could only order in person, no browsing, no online cart, no online payment.
- ❌ No customization flow — building out a food item's options needed a structured cart and checkout, not a verbal order.
- ❌ No live order visibility — restaurant staff had no shared view of incoming orders or their status.
- ❌ Manual ticket writing — getting a placed order onto a physical ticket at the counter meant someone reading it off a screen.

Wise Hustlers built a complete food ordering platform for Burgero, delivered as a React Native customer app alongside a React.js restaurant management dashboard, backed by a Node.js API. Customers browse the menu, customize food items, add products to the cart, and place orders seamlessly from the app.
The restaurant dashboard gives owners complete control over menu items and lets staff track incoming orders and update order status in real time. And because a placed order still has to reach the counter, the system prints order receipts directly through integrated thermal printer support, the moment an order comes in.
