Almost every "best software companies in Angola" list is published by one of the companies on it, which by coincidence appears first. This one is published by Wise Hustlers, which is also seeking clients in this market — so we have not put ourselves at the top, and we have organised the list by type of problem rather than by rank.
If you want a ranking that tells you who is "best", this page will disappoint you. There is no best: there is a fit between what you need to build and who has already built something like it. What this page does is tell you who does what, with what dates and what stated specialism, so you can build a shortlist instead of searching blind.
A note on sources. The descriptions below are based on what each company publicly states about itself, on its own site and in industry directories. We have not audited any of them, we have no direct experience working with them, and we are not vouching for quality. Check references before hiring anybody, us included.
Established integrators with a long history in the market
If your project involves enterprise systems, integration with existing infrastructure, and a supplier with long-standing local relationships, this is the group to contact first.
Jupiter — Systems & Solutions (jupiter.co.ao). Founded in 2001 and based in Luanda (Morro Bento), it describes itself as one of the Angolan companies with the most expertise in systems and software development. Its site lists, among others, PUDE (document management), SISA (clinical and hospital management), CRM and IT outsourcing. Two decades in a market is a signal that cannot be manufactured.
Menshen Lda. (menshen.net). Founded in 2002 and 100% Angolan-owned, it presents itself as Angola's oldest active and most-awarded Microsoft partner (it lists 5 Country Partner of the Year awards for Angola and 5 regional ones), covering enterprise IT, cybersecurity, cloud and managed services. If your organisation already lives inside the Microsoft ecosystem, this is the obvious fit.
Globosoft (globosoft.ao). Started in Angola in 2008 and opened a branch in Portugal in 2010. It specialises in custom development on .NET technologies (C#, MVC, ASP) with SQL Server and Oracle, and cites clients in the aerospace, maritime, port and public sectors. The two-country presence matters if you need continuity between Luanda and Lisbon.
Enterprise and mission-critical software
Pixel Infinito (pixel.ao). In Luanda since 2015, positioned around mission-critical software and systems integration (enterprise integration, API management, workflow automation) for banks, financial institutions, public bodies and large companies — "Built in Angola", as its own site puts it. If your problem is banking or large-scale and you want a local team, this is a name to assess.
Inokri (inokri.com). According to its entry in the kurogai repository (see below), it develops its own software products for customers and partners, on .NET C#, Flutter, Vue.js, Swift and SQL. The company's site was unreachable when we reviewed this page, so we do not attribute clients or sectors to it.
Generalist software houses and digital transformation
Synctech (synctech.ao). Describes itself as software development and IT solutions, with an emphasis on innovation, support and infrastructure.
Dória Software (doria-software.com). Headquartered in Luanda, in the municipality of Belas, made up of engineers with experience in systems development and information technology.
Future Generation (futuregeneration.co.ao). Based in Talatona, Luanda. It lists IT consulting and training, a software factory, portal and website development, mobile applications, database administration, information security and infrastructure/networks.
ZUKESE — Tech & Innovation. Describes itself as an Angolan lean startup focused on digital and technological transformation. Its visible product is the Zukese — Eventos em Angola app on Google Play.
Customer service and operations
Ucall (ucall.co.ao). Presents itself as the leading contact-centre and customer-experience company in Angola. Not a development house, but if your project has a service-operations component, it belongs in the same conversation.
Industrial and regulated systems — where we fit
Wise Hustlers. We are not an Angolan company and we have no office in Luanda. What we do have is our own product built for this market: Enerxia, an oil and gas ERP with 33 business domains, 258 data models and 167 test suites, covering VAT/AGT, local content and the ANPG, SAF-T, and cost recovery under production sharing contracts.
The real state: the system is deployed and running, but it has no client in production yet — the two companies registered in it are our own instance and a demonstration company holding fictitious data. We have no delivered projects in Angola, and we say so here rather than letting the list imply otherwise. Our specialism is narrow — industrial and regulated systems where provenance and auditability decide whether the record holds up. For a brochure site or a simple application, several of the companies above will serve you better and cheaper.
A better resource than any list
If you want a fuller picture maintained by the Angolan technical community itself, the kurogai/tech-companies-angola repository on GitHub collects technology companies in Angola along with the languages and technologies they use. It is maintained by developers rather than marketers, and it is more useful for understanding the real market than most paid directories.
Directories such as TechBehemoths and Clutch also list companies in the Angolan market. Read them knowing that ordering on those sites can reflect sponsored profiles and review volume rather than technical capability.
How to use this list
A list of names decides nothing. What decides is the process you apply next:
1. Cut to three, chosen for fit with your problem — not for position in a list.
2. Ask to see software running against realistic data, not a presentation.
3. Ask for references from a project of the same type, and phone them.
4. Ask who owns the code and where the data is hosted. In Angola, with the national data centre running since April 2026, the answer to that question has changed.
5. Ask the hard questions before signing. We have collected the ones that matter in how to choose a software partner in Angola.
If after that process your problem is industrial, regulated and auditable, let's talk. If it is not, one of the companies above is the right answer — and we would rather say so than take on a project that does not fit.
